I am the DM for a campaign with 5 players. I have a master subscription and own most of the books we use, with the exception of the 2024 books. One of the players owns the digital version of these on DnDBeyond, and was previously sharing them with everyone without any issues. However, I noticed recently that under the content sharing option, those books are no longer showing up as shared. He has not changed any settings, the books just suddenly got taken off the list. Any recent changes or systems I'm unaware of regarding content sharing?
That player is still in the campaign with an active character? If they left or if their characters in the campaign are all deactivated, that could explain it.
Character is still in the campaign and active. We have not played in a bit, so I had him open everything again in case it requires activity, but that did not change anything. Content shared by other players is still showing up.
Just tried editing hios character, changed nothing, and how the content is showing up. Maybe he did not do anything on his sheet once it opened and it had gone inactive? Not sure, but seems to be working now.
