Hello, today I bought a bunch of DnD books on the marketplace digitally on the website, I didnt have a credit card so I used my Uncle's but I transferred the money to him. I entered the information and then proceeded to pay but I never got to the confirmation and instead got a 404 error however uncle received a text that the payment went through but I still do not have books. Although I have sent a support email and have tried syncing the data nothing seems to be working. It has been a few hours now. I am not located in the US and I am quite worried that I have not gotten a support email yet. Is there anything else I can do or has anyone else had problems like this resolved? I'd also like to add that when I check marketplace, all my items are still in the cart though it will momentarily say that I already own the product
The only other thing you can do is wait. It can take up to 24 hours in rare cases for purchases to unlock fully. It can take a few days for the support team to get back to you.

If there's no actual order and the transaction is still pending, I'd expect it to go away on its own and release the funds, but you could try contacting customer support or your bank if you want to confirm. http://dndbeyond.link/SubmitTicket

Yeah, definitely check your entitlements above. Also on the page, are those books listed under Current Product Licenses?
Does the purchase show in your Order History?

Hello it doesnt show on the order history and it wasnt made as a gift purchase, I need to check with the bank still if the order really went through
