Bonus point not being added to spell casting modifier.

Spells from original Mark list not being added to spells.

Spell slot not shown in any location to be used.

This does NOT work on half casters.

This does NOT work on full casters.

I built several level 8 characters, moving the feats around and trying different origin Dragonmarks. There is no combination that makes Potent Dragonmark work.

Also... The DDB search function here apparently doesn't recognize "Potent" or "Dragonmark" on this forum.
