A character in my campaign noticed that her Oath of the Ancients Paladin has proficiency in all languages. The tool tip for the 'All' proficiency says 'Paladin' but I did some testing with a sample character and was able to reproduce it with another Oath of the Ancients paladin (but not other oaths). I tried adjusting race and background but it seems that any OotA paladin of level 7 or.above shows proficiency in all languages.
When a Paladin gains the Aura of Warding through the Oath of the Ancients it causes the Defenses section to list "Resistance to All" due to the gained resistance to all spell damage.
However, damage received from other sources outside of spells (melee/ranged attacks, Dragon's breath weapon, etc.) are not resisted using this feature.
I didn't really know where to post this, so bug support seemed like a good place a for a functional issue.
Are you guys still experiencing this one? This gives me Resistances to all damage from spells in the Defenses section, but I don't see anything about languages. This is definitely unclear at first glance that the resistance gained is to all spells, but this should not be affecting languages at all.
The exact same "Resistance All" bug also appears when an Abjuration wizard gains resistance to all SPELL damage at 14th level with the spell resistance feature.

That bug seems to be tied to the Aura of Warding, which gives the modifier Resistance - All. I have already sent a ticket to the dev team.
Thanks a lot!

I noticed this two... Is there a spot to post this as a bug?
This has still not been updated @filcat have you gotten any response from the Dev team?
You received any response from the dev team? It is still showing ALL once you hit level 7.

There WAS an issue where the feature accidentally gave proficiency in all languages, but this was fixed.
Agreed however that the way "Resistance to all spells" is shown on the character sheet could be misleading.

Yeah, it says Resistances all, should mention spells somewhere I think as it's very misleading

Stormknight has this been logged with the Dev team? Still seems to be an issue
Any idea when this will be fixed? Even with the recent character sheet upgrade this is still incorrect
