The description of the efreeti bottle has a table of possible outcomes, with this as the result for a roll of 91-00 on the d100:
The efreeti can cast the wish spell three times for you. It disappears when it grants the final wish or after 1 hour, and the bottle loses its magic.
However, in the entry on DMG p. 167, the second mention of the word "wish" in the corresponding sentence is not italicized (unlike the first mention), indicating that the second mention is just the usage of the word "wish" and not a reference to the spell. As a result, this part of the spell description ("the final wish") shouldn't be italicized or formatted as a link to the spell description; that's already (correctly) done in the first mention on that line.
It is referring to the Efreeti using the Wish spell for the third time so it works perfectly fine as a link back to the spell, which is why it is italicised as part of the link formatting.
Even if this was an error (which it isn't) it's not doing anything wrong and being helpful. Seems weird to report it as a "bug".

It is definitely an error, because it doesn't match the book (which always italicizes references to spell names). It's not really harming anything, though. Just figured I'd point it out.
This website does not replicate the books to perfect detail. It provides the same info but with the benefit of extras as deemed by the site like Crosslinking. Since it is very clear the text is referring to the third use of the Wish spell, D&D Beyond have chosen to set that reference as a link to the spell. This is a feature offered by the site not an error. It if was to be precisely like the books only they would have to remove all cross-linking and such as.
