I started creating a character, then wondered what would happen if I clicked away in the middle of creating the character. Eventually clicking around I got back to https://www.dndbeyond.com/my-content/characters and saw someone else's character, not my own. I haven't been able to replicate that behavior since, though.

Character I see is:
Tu'lok
Lvl 5 | Dragonborn | Draconic Bloodline/Sorcerer
...my own character is a Lvl 1 Half-Elf, no class chosen yet.
Please let me know if any other information would be helpful! My guess is that there's some not-user-specific caching in the caching layer somewhere.
Yes It has happened to nearly everyone. It 's has been reported to the devs.
Is there a single place where people should look for updates on the issue?
I keep checking this thread:
http://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/beta-testing-feedback/3649-mega-thread-focused-feedback-character-builder
But it is my understanding that we need to wait few days for these things to happen. A lot of work for this devs.
