When searching for "Evard's Black Tentacles", out of curiosity I decided to open the compendium link instead of just visiting the spell page. This takes me to the compendium page, but doesn't jump down to the item description as it does for other spells/etc.
The issue seems to be with spells (potentially other things) with an apostrophe in the name. The link in search includes the apostrophe (e.g. sources/phb/spells#Evard'sBlackTentacles or sources/phb/spells#Leomund’sSecretChest) but the anchor tag on the page doesn't include the apostrophe (e.g. #EvardsBlackTentacles or #LeomundsSecretChest).
Also, using any such bookmark links in a mobile view results in the heading of the bookmark item sitting underneath the sticky top header bar. You can use some css like the below snippet to fix this.
