I’m trying to add a photo of my map on to the DM Notes in the campaign builder but when I click the insert/edit image button, nothing happens. I’m using Safari on my iPad. Can someone help?

Hello Silvakia! The insert image button allows you to then put in a URL to the image hosted by an image-hosting service, such as Imgur. Are you first uploading your image to a service like this, and using the link from there?

Once the image is online you just need to copy and paste a direct link (will end in file type .png, .gif, .jpeg, etc) into the source field.

No, I have never used anything like that. I’ll give it a try...

I was able to put the image in imgur. But when I paste the link into the ‘source’ it just puts a little square in the DM notes. 
In imgur I tap ‘generate image links’ and I’ve tried each of the options. 
Am I doing something wrong? 

I thought that may happen. Try right clicking the imgur image and open image in new tab. Then take that url and put that in source.

i use imgbb  the key is opening it in a new window to get the png file.

i would love if dndbeyond would allow jpg's as well, would make my life a lot easier!

I finally got it to work after pulling my hair out and seeing other people post the answers LOL thank you
