Do you have Magic the Gathering content turn on when you go to create the character? The Loxodon race is from Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica and wouldn't show up if that toggle is turned off.
I just purchased the whole collection and it doesn't show for me
And I take it you already tried the solutions mentioned in this thread?
Sometimes it takes a few minutes for permissions from purchases to register (a caching issue I think). You could try clearing your cache and refreshing pages, etc.

Seems you could just make your own race if it won’t show up. I have everything checked but it doesn’t show for me either
Loxodon is not free, so make sure you have actually purchased the race.

Confirmed I should be able to see the loxodon. I have everything toggled red and the source book and don't see loxodon

If yes to both post the link to your character sheet and hopefully a mod pops in to take a look.
