I purchased the race/sub race packs from Volo's guide but they aren't showing up in character options.  The content from the PHB/DMG/MM are showing up fine and they were full book purchases instead of content packs.

I am having the same issue with stuff from Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide. I only purchased the character stuff and not the full compendium, and so it isn't coming up in the Character Builder

Staff are working on it right now.

This seems to be the case across the board. I was also charged individually for each races, vs. buying the bundle. Not sure what is up here :P

Yeah. I am not able to access the bulk of content I purchased for SCAG Classes. I get a little fluff intro, and that's all. 

I am happy to wait obviously, there are issues to iron out, but I did just want to make you aware.
