I don't know if the support staff actually monitors this forum, but I've sent something like 3 emails to support, in the last 2 weeks, and have received no feedback.
I am unable to log in with my apple ID on my laptop. I've tried both FireFox and Chrome. I get directed to a Internal Server Error (500) error page.
I am able to log in using my gmail account, but I have purchases against the apple account (via iphone), so I need to be able to access my apple account. I am also able to successfully link my apple ID to my gmail account login, but this doesn't seem to allow me to access my apple-account-purchases, so I'm still stuck.
I know this bug is pretty old, but I had the same issue using Brave browser. I tried again using MS Edge and it linked no problems, so if this is still an issue for you a different browser might help?
