Hey there - this is a known issue that the dev team is working to resolve ASAP.
Update: The dev team is working to restore the service as a whole, though it may impact other site functions such as the character sheet as they work to ensure EVERYTHING runs as smoothly as possible.

So I was play testing an encounter for one of my campaigns earlier, I had a good chunk of them set up for a couple combats in advanced. Had to go do something for a bit, so I exited out of the tab whilst in the combat tracker, and figured I'd just start fresh again later, and now coming back to D&D Beyond and The Encounter Builder, they can't be found, it just keeps "rolling a nat one to display encounters".
It's not filtered by campaign, all of them were saved and have been sitting there for a couple days just fine. Definitely not a great bug to run into. Would have been screwed had it happened on game night.
It's rearing it's ugly head again, this happens every so often to a handful of users I notice, and I'm always included X_x
I've tried logging out/in, resetting cache/cookies, trying different devices, trying different browsers, looking at sheets other than my own...all no-go.
Windows 10 Chrome/Edge/Firefox, and LG Stylo 3 Android.
Edit: Ah, a megathread, guess it is being noticed haha.
I have removed all extensions and it still isn't working, any ideas?

I think there's a site wide issue going on. Looks to be HTTP500 errors on a lot of resources.
Ditto was working on a new campaigns arc and wanted to get things setup and cannot reference my ideas that I worked on a few weeks ago :(

The above message keeps appearing whenever I attempt to view a character sheet.

Some of my friends and I have the same problem. Logging off and back on doesn't help.

Same. Multiple devices/clearing cache/login and logout, can't view mine or anyone else's.
My character sheet is down - is there anything I can do (tried logging out & in) or should I just wait & hope?

I can not access the character sheet on mobile of on my PC. It has been about an hour and just wanted to make sure it wasn't just my account.
Started for me 8 minutes ago.
Same issue with opening or editing character sheets across different devices...
Mine are down aswell, we were just about to start. Hope this gets fixed soon.
