Have you bought the PHB on DNDBeyond or otherwise having it shared to you via content sharing in a campaign? If not you won't have access to it because it's not part of the free basic rules / SRD.
I haven't bought the book on DNDBeyond (because i have it fysically) and every other spell i have looked for so far has been avaliable in the builder, its also in the printed version of the standard PHB so i find it very strange that its not part of the basic rules.
We also play the game in Foundry VTT with imported characters from DNDBeyond.
The spell you are referring to is not part of the D&D 5th edition SRD and will need to be unlocked from the marketplace before you can use it on D&D Beyond.
You may also purchase individual races, subclasses, feats, spells & magic items from the marketplace - should you later wish to purchase the sourcebook that they came from, any such individual purchases are fully discounted from the price of the sourcebook. You are also welcome to create your own content using the D&D Beyond homebrew tools.
Hi,
I am trying to level up to 2nd lvl on my Sorcerer in D&D 5th ed. for AL-games.
But i am struggling to find the spell Ray of Sickness in the list of avaliable spells, its located on page 271 of the Players handbook.
Best regards Archibaldian

D&D Beyond can be used for free and contains information from the following "free to use" sources published by Wizards of the Coast: D&D 5th edition SRD, D&D 5th edition Basic Rules, and Elemental Evil Companion.
Content from other sources, such as the Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, or Monster Manual, will need to be purchased from the Marketplace or accessed via another user sharing content with you via their Master Tier Subscription.
