Odd - on using that link, the player should see available characters - could you let me know what they see on that screen please? A screenshot would be awesome.
I've had this issue with multiple characters since I've been using DNDBeyond. Here's an imgur link for what I'm seeing with a copy I made of my level 4 wizard

I deleted all the characters and remade the ones that I was assigning. That seems to have fixed it but what a pain.
I'd be interested to see if anyone else has stumbled upon this little glitch of if it was just some odd little anomaly.

Starting a new character from nothing serves as a workaround.
EDIT: It may be that that is all I can see with a character outside of the campaign. I added the copy to the campaign and every feat became visible.
