Hey I have these options enabled and it still doesn't show up for me in the character builder
Go to your account's Marketplace tab and scroll all the way down to make you have actually bought the subclasses. If you bought it, the license will show up. While you are on that page, make sure your entitlements are in sync too.
I've done all those things and I still don't see Artificer as a class option.
I had both Eberron books and Tasha's shared with me but when I look at them in the Reader they say "Authentication tag do not match". Does that have something to do with it and if so how do I fix it?
If having them shared isn't good enough, how do I get past the Authentication tag do not match problem to buy the class?
WotC released two documents free as pdfs: SRD and Basic Rules. The Basic Rules covered the mechanics, the SRD covered other mechanics and the freebies - the classes, subclasses, spells and items and so on that you can use for free.

Artificer is not showing up.
The Artificer is not an SRD class and is only available by purchasing it as part of the Eberron: Rising from the Last War content or individually.
Having the same issue, just bought it individually:
And it doesn't appear in my class list in the character builder.
Thanks.
Do you have Eberron content enabled
for your character?
Thank you very much! I've got so used to disabling those two options, it didn't click!

If they're being shared with you then you must make your character within the campaign that they are being shared with you through.

Does not exist as individual anymore.
The subclasses can now be purchased individually from Tasha's, and the class is no longer locked behind the Eberron Content toggle.

What does SRD mean?
System Reference Document.

On D&D Beyond an amalgamated version is labelled Basic Rules and available on site here under the sources menu (or click here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/basic-rules ).
