EDIT: It might also be good to tag Intellect Devourer. While they aren't, themselves, Mind Flayers, they are created by Mind Flayers, and it would be nice to pull them up in the same tag.
As a related note, there is a formatting issue in Volo's Guide to Monsters, where one section is titled "quick-menu-exclude Mind Flayer Thralls". I assume the "quick-menu-exclude" is supposed to be a hidden tag.

The "Mind Flayer" tag appears on the Elder Brain, Mindwitness, and Ulitharid.
It is missing from the Mind Flayer and Mind Flayer Arcanist.
