Is there any word on what sort of timeline we're looking at for the beta as a whole? Are we talking a week for each phase, a month for each phase, or does it depend on too many things to give a solid answer? Just out of curiosity, really, since I'm sure I'm not the only one jonesing to test out the character builder and homebrew integration.
From what I've gathered, ones the next phase is ready for us, they will drop it. I'd rather have something that is ready for public consumption then rushed and buggy.

From the sounds of it, a large amount of the tools are already done. They're just polishing, implementing suggestions, and doing bug fixes before the next phase of the beta. I imagine a lot of it is data input as well... not sure.
Staff has mentioned that the tools are already in use for their games. I assume groups have tested it in the WotC offices as well.

My guess is a month each phase. The final app is supposed to be completed this summer.
I've been wondering the same thing. They beta is a bit more sparse on material than I was expecting.
