As per the subject line I would really like the option to be able to turn off homebrew from the sharers creations. It would be good if you could choose which homebrew items were shared on a per creation basis. The amount of times players have found my created items in their purchase list and it spoiled content is stupid.
Before people say don't create the item on DDB before I need to use it. I did, but its kind of silly for a feature to be disincentivized when it'd be super easy to fix.
Anyone else have this issue? Or am I alone in this? lol
The items in "My Homebrew Collection" are shared, but if you choose "Remove from Collection", it will still be in your "My Homebrew Creations" set, and can be added back later when relevant. That's how you can keep a homebrew item hidden while still being able to get it ready.
While bonnkansan has a good trick, those who are running multiple campaigns where some need certain homebrew and others should be blocked from it have issues.
Some sort of greater granular control over content sharing, including homebrew, would be in my ideal DDB. Ideally, the DM should be able to set the parameters of their campaign as they see fit, and players can develop characters or access content within those parameters as the DM feels necessary.

Thanks for the trick. Will be a good stop gap until hopefully they expand on sharing.
