If it takes me more than 5-minutes to figure out how to perform something as simple as changing/updating my billing information on my account, then the website is busted. Each link/search goes to another link/search and another then eventually back to the original link/search, etc. No phone number or e-mail to contact a REAL customer support representative, just hundreds of advertisements to buy more products and links to unhelpful forums and general suggestions. This is a mess and a nightmare to navigate.
Does anyone know how to change your payment information/add a new payment method to your account that doesn't involve submitting a ticket?
Update 2: Cancelling your existing subscription then purchasing a new one will direct you to a page that requests payment information. This is NOT a solution. Changing/updating payment information should be an account feature, not a tool to contribute to a business metric, e.g. "we have 'X' new subscribers this month."
Having just had to do this: top right menu->account->marketplace->manage subscription
I certainly didn't have to cancel the old one and resubscribe

Your instructions took me directly where I needed to go. Unfortunately, on the previous subscription that option was unavailable for some reason. I should have took a screenshot of it. In hindsight, and this is complete speculation, I wonder if there's some backend issues going on with regards to Dndbeyond's purchase by WoTC, and WoTC's initiative to sync accounts?
