Has anyone been able to place down terrain like one of the stone or grass stamps to fill an area instead of just having to repeatedly click? The quick start guide seems to suggest that using control or shift should fill an area, but I haven't been able to figure it out.
Update: apparently relaunching the installer is the way to do this, but it's in the downloads folder instead of anywhere in the start menu or in the folders it created in the program files folder, and quite frankly was only not deleted because I hadn't gone in to clean up the downloads folder today. This needs to be fixed.
Now that sigil is out of beta entirely and is a full-fledged product, **where is the Mac version?**
They only just launched the Windows version. Software development takes time. Even if they wrote for portability, it's still a ton of work to actually do the port.

I'm not sure either of those statements are accurate. I'm pretty sure it's come out of closed beta, possibly even closed alpha. And it's very much not a "full-fledged" product yet.
I suspect the mac version is further down the line
-Better control over Height of terrain and placed objects -Ability to Rotate anything 360 degrees freely -Ability to place items on x and y axis ( place a wall on its side) -Road Tool ( Paint smoothly ) -Terrain Manipulation ( add hills and ramps ) -Ability to Paint Terrain instead of clicking one block at a time -Add Ramps -Better staircase system -Better Fog of War painting -Click and dragging Minis onto the board -Cntrl + z -Cntrl + y -Ability to add "doors" to load into new zones -Enter Hatch and load into the Cellar -Hidden rooms behind destructible walls (Think BG3) -Prop/Terrain selection GRID instead of long scrollable bar. More to come
It doesn’t work for every stamp. It works for floors, and walls, but if you try it with the grass/bush stamps it does not. There is a thing where you can choose a default environment though which places down a base texture on the map, so it isn’t as much of a pain as it seemed to be initially.
I've figured out how to make custom minis and apply Monster data from their list, or Character data via clipboard, but there's no way currently to take D&D Beyond clipboard data for a monster is there? Specifically, for a monster from a module (i.e. the Dragonwing and Dragonsoul cultists from Rise of Tiamat) ? Or a way to build an NPC mini - or even a token - with a certain set of stats? Anyone come up with clever workaround yet? I would love to surprise my players with a 3D battle in our next session, but I'm not seeing how to build the encounter with all the right enemies...
Question for those playing around in Sigil. Any chance any of you know how to create a second, third or fourth map to push players to like the mini adventure does with the tavern, then basement, then caves then hideout. I can't seem to find where or how to map additional maps. Can that even be done by us yet?
Anyone know whats causing a network error when friends attempt to join? It consistently disconnects either at a. Upon loading of the map. Or b. Exactly 5 minutes after the map has loaded.
Can we get some sort of confirmation about importing STL files into Sigil? I have Heroforge minis I made for my players, that I spent money on. We use DND Beyond for almost everything since its a Waterdeep based campaign and it helps, I would love to know if 50$ worth of minis can be imported into the software??
Hello ! I saw some news that SIGIL is goind to be cancelled ... Does anyone have news about this or someone from the team? I would like to invest and pay for an anual subscription but dont want to lose money, as a single player, SIGIL seems really an incredible solution , i hope it will not be cancelled :(

It seems extremely unlikely, and I certainly haven't seen any announcements about it. They just launched it. Even if it's going to end up being a failure, they can't possibly know yet.
You probably saw something from the ever-reliable news source of "some dude on the internet".
But, if you do take out a subscription because you want to use sigil, and they do end it, you can just cancel your subscription, so won't lose any money. (Also, the subscription might be worth it anyway. Content sharing is really useful.)

Well, one of the 'dudes on the internet' is Andy Collins, (former) Senior Game Rules Specialist, who I assume was working on Sigil.

I also cannot find any way to relaunch the app.

Will Sigil ever present me with anything other than the down for maintenance screen?
+1 for Linux support. Perhaps publish on Steam.
No you cannot! I wish they added a "Paint" feature. You can make a block and Copy and Paste though

It's out of Alpha not Beta.

The demo adventure doesn't appear for me. Just create table.

This could just normal layoffs when a project is launched, but 90% of the team seems a bit steep.
