I've looked around a bit and found a few. Some of these may also affect other classes.
Spells that are not from the spell list, but granted by features (like Fiend Spells) are displayed as "At-Will" instead of the usual "Use" button that indicated a number of uses per rest / dawn etc
Invocation "Lessons of the First Ones" does not have a select window for an origin feat. This wouldn't be that annoying if it wasn't for:
Origin feats are only distinguishable if you click on them in the features tab, you couldn't tell just by looking at the list of names. They should have their own category like expanded rules / Homebrew / 3rd Party etc, so it is easier to tell them apart.
Invocation "Agonizing Blast (Eldritch Blast)" is the only version of Agonizing Blast that appears, other cantrips are not available as described by the invocation.
Ability Score choices granted by the Background should also be displayed on the Abilities tab, so that you can see their effect on your stats when you choose them. This is the way it was with Customize Origin and Species in Mordenkainen's, and it was very usefull.
Echoing it as well: I posted this in the wrong discussion, but adding it here for D&D beyond in case they want a specific case. For a Warlock with a celestial origin (2024 rules Warlock with the Celestial/pact of the tome as a patron (species Aasimar))? I'm getting the "at will" designation for Cure Wounds as a level 1 spell on D&D Beyond. It's supposed to "always be prepared" but there are no slots on D&D Beyond for level 1. This is just an error right? Same for Guiding bolt, aid and lesser restoration. Any thoughts on why this would be the case or is this just a glitch?

I solved this on the character sheet by making a homebrew copy of the subclasses and switching the Consumes Spell Slot dropdown to Yes. It was set to No initially, so fixing the [Patron] Spells issue should hopefully be as simple on their end

I also found that if you take Pact of the Blade and make a weapon a Pact Weapon, it does not modify the hit/damage bonuses to use CHA.
I want to echo these. I was making sure there was already a post.
There's also a crap ton of Invocations missing even though the prerequisites are all met.
