Additionally the table lists "Notes:" and for some items its long enough to require ellipsis. If you expand the entry, you never get to see the full listing of notes. The expanded listing and item pages should include all the notes somewhere easy to read.
Not sure if this goes here, but can't think where else it might fit. Also in the weapons section of items, some of the weapons are mislabeled as not being finesse weapons; some examples being the Shortbow and the Longsword.
Is there an option to link to other parts (for example the person wanting the base AC with their magic item list (or whatever))...say the user being able to have a bookmark/link to the other information for fast retrieval?
Another example may be for a monster who the DM says works with another monster, or who carries a particular item, etc.
Well, I don't doubt that there's probably a few errors here and there, but whether the Shortbow and Longsword are finesse are not one of those. The Shortbow is a ranged weapon, which doesn't have finesse as a property for it, it just uses dexterity either way. The Longsword isn't a finesse weapon and doesn't have the option to use dexterity with it. The only exception to the Longsword one that I can think of being if you're a monk with proficiency in it, but that's not finesse, that's a monk class feature allowing the use of dexterity instead of strength.
ZackokrossThe Items section right now only includes magic items. Mundane items are listed under their respective areas in the Equipment section of the Compendium
Nope. Shortbow properties (PHB p.149) are "ammunition" and "two-handed."
Looking it up for a rogue... were you looking to Sneak Attack with it? If so, you get that just for being a ranged weapon. ("The attack must use a finesse or a ranged weapon." PHB p.96)
@Flyte_Dragoon I just checked the PHB and it does not. You may have a misprinted edition, one before an error was fixed, or you may have accidentally seen finesse next to the Dart, which is directly above Shortbow in the listings. For the record: Darts get finesse because they're sort of a thrown weapon, but listed as a ranged weapon, and can't be used in melee, so it gets access to both strength and dexterity.
Edit: Correction, Darts actually are a thrown weapon, meaning they can be used as a melee weapon, if I'm not mistaken.
The items list has a separate entry for each type of armour or weapon, eg Plate+1, chain+1 etc or longsword+1, Battleaxe+1. It would make sense for the item description to contain the mundane qualities from the PHB as well as the magical qualities from the DMG, eg armour class, damage.
In tandem with Mosvan's original post, armors and other equipment could display the mundane item's armor as part of the description, to help user memory load. Another solution... The Magic Items could have at least a link in the item page to the Equipment Eg: - Magic Item --(contains link to)-> Associated Equipment, and - Equipment --(link to)--> Associated Magic Item (this is less priority than above, I can imagine how much more of a workload this adds to development) if that can be pulled off, the user is just one step from viewing the item page (button link) and from there they have the ability to click on links to the associated items. Decreases User memory load by a lot, so we dont have to recall - or take steps to recall - the basic stats of equipment.
The other thing Mozvan mentioned (note, i can't quote him because I'm editing this reply since I can't delete it in the first place), was that some of the keywords in the Notes part of the compressed Items' description were too long to fit in the compressed UI element. When the User expands it, why not show the whole text that isnt visible? by way of increasing the whole UI rectangle's height to fit a next line in the Notes section

I believe you are partially commenting on the fact that when you filter "Wondrous Items" some of these can be found in the other item filters am I correct? If so I agree and think that "Wondrous Items"/magic items should be their own category or should be a sub-filter within the individual item types. I think this would make things a bit more simple and easier for comparisons.

Armor for example does not list the AC.

Agree column informations for AC and for armor type would be ideal
The items section is just magic items and base AC isn't listed there because it isn't listed in the item's PHB or SRD entry either. Base armor is listed in the compendium at https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/rules/basic-rules/equipment/armor.

Basically fast crossreferencing?
Is there a way to sort it by mundane items???
I don't think that the longsword has ever been a finesse weapon in 5e.

This was in reply to Flyte_Dragoon
The Players Handbook lists the Shortbow as a finesse weapon. I had to look it up for my Rogue.

Listing the standard price of items would be useful, too.
