This has been need for a long time. Right in the middle of a campaign and the characters are 2nd level. Any expediency on your part will be GREATLY appreciated. Although, I know perfection takes time, I have been looking for something like for an eternity. Thank you.
I do like the character sheets added; but I'm finding major issues that cause them to be annoying to use.
Most of my problems come from the equipment management; I'd like to be able to edit the amount of things I have within the sheet (instead of going into the manage tab), managing ammo, rations, etc will be annoying having to go in and change it every turn. Also I'm having issues adding more than 10 of one item into the equipment (i.e. vials of oil), anything higher than 10 makes it not register. having the 'quantity' editable in the list would solve this and make it quick to add loot to the list.
I know we're only using SRD, and the homebrew addition fixes a lot of missing spells/items we need to use the sheet; but, no homebrew for feats is a set back. As my bard is a variant human with the martial adept feat, with makes it a mess to keep track off (I'm sure there's a note part of the sheet I haven't seen yet for this).
Another thing I've found is that I can't add a homebrew item I made, I'm not sure if I have to publish it to use it, cause my homebrew spell isn't publised and I was able to use that.
I'd mention about the portraits not being there, but I'm sure that's a future thing.
I like most of what I see. However, you might re-think some of the visuals behind conditions. The symbols are small and hard to know what they are. Perhaps it should say the conditions to the right so that people can remember what they have at a glance. If you could then move the mouse over them and see what the condition did, that would be even better.
Using the mobile character sheet, it would be helpful to have the "limited use" portion closer to attacks and spells. Currently you have to scroll past "Equipment" if you're scrolling to the right or multiple pages if you're scrolling to the left.
In the character builder, when setting the physical characteristics, it would be helpful to have the reference values for the race. For instance, a dwarf of a certain gender should be within a certain range for height, weight, and age. It doesn't have to be mandatory if someone wants to create a character that is unusually heavy/tall/old/etc, but for those who don't have the ranges memorized it would simplify things to have it right there.
There's no option for Assassin or Arcane Trickster in the Roguish Archetype section and also it allows you to have three proficiencies doubled instead of two for Expertise. Looks like a great program, unfortunately I won't be able to use it for my current character.
For the beta, only the rules and options provided in the D&D 5th edition SRD, D&D 5th edition Basic Rules, Elemental Evil Companion are available in Beyond. Once the full platform launches later this summer, the core rule books and others will be available for purchase, and the content within will be available for those that purchase, or have access through a DM's subscription.
Great addition A basic issue for the Character Creator would be to be able to change classes on the first build without starting over. I see that in the Race selection screen but not for the class and then you are stuck. If you are building a character, I can see this as being a stumbling block. And I assume that within each class, the other specialization(such as Otherworldly Pacts for Warlock other than Fiend) will be rolled out soon? I was looking to make a Dragonborn Warlock with a Great One pact and couldn't . Good luck and thanks,

In the generator, the Description section, Personal Characteristics and Notes items, the initial entry looks strange. The cursor appears outside of the area. Once you start typing, the text box opens normally and looks correct. I have a screenshot too, but I cannot seem to get the forum to attach it. If you want, I am happy to send.
I was trying out the new character builder by creating a level 1 high elf wizard. Everything was going smoothly until I came to spell selection. Under the spellcasting section of the class it state that a wizards start off with six level 1 spells in their spellbook yet when selecting spells that you know it only lets select four spells.
I made three characters and now they are all gone and replaced with a character I didn't make. Maybe someone got into my account and deleted them.
It is a bit of problem of the server I think, but it has happen to almost everybody and has been reported. Do not owrry, your characters should be there, check in few seconds.
I was looking around and couldn't find this specifically, but would it be possible to have Bonus Attacks added to the attacks list? Either as a 'main hand' 'off-hand' selection when equipping gear, or through being able to build a custom attack?
While building a half-elf rogue the other day, I found two things: First, that the drop-down menu for Expertise didn't include thieves tools, only skills. And second, that the half-elf's two ability score increases aside from the +2 Cha., didn't register, so I had to use manual override.
Is sharing on the radar for any time soon? I mean, having a digital sheet to share with a prospective play by post DM makes way too much sense to just ignore. Right?!
Would like to have more guidance when picking ability scores based on the class that I choose. New players have to jump out and check the compendiums to see what ability scores they need for their class.
I added a Cloak of Protection to a character and it's adding 2 to all saves. Under saves is listed in a bullet point list +1 to saves as well as +1 to each ability individually. I did set the Cloak to equipped, should I not have? The AC is calculated properly

Them are all I found to improve the sheet.

Wait nevermind they are back. It was a weird glitch.

I am making a level 8 ranger and the favored enemy you get at level 6 doesn't have any options for the pull down.
