The app is very slick and much faster to load in general. However, while reading the books, it takes substantial effort to flip left and right - enough so that I thought page flipping was broken at first. This could use some tuning.
*Edit: Apologies, should specify this is on Android (Pixel 3). On my iPad it seems to work fine.
On my iPad Air 4, I'm seeing the same stickiness. It's intermittent: I can swipe 2-5 pages fine, and it sticks. Or it sticks on the first page and then swipes easily for a few pages. Also, I can open one book and never encounter the stickiness but run into it every few pages on another.
Same here on Android 9 on a moto g6. Have to swipe very slowly for the page flip to work. I also thought it was broken and only noticing this thread made me realize it was just the stickiness.

Same for me. Moto G6 and I tought it was broken. Now I know it works, but I need to swip width of the screen.
Absolutely love the new app, and I noticed thenoverall speed increase, too! I have the same issue with stickiness to turn pages, and only with the books. It seems to require a full swipe across at least half the screen width to register. No issue swiping with compendium content or character sheets (just a small, quick thumb flick does the trick!).
Razer Phone 2. Androi 9. I thought the page flipping was gone completely until read this. I have to gesture at just the right length and pressure to get it to work properly. Almost edge to edge of my screen.
There was an Android update today, but the page turning still requires an edge to edge swipe or it doesn't work. Don't know if this update was supposed to contain the fix, but just a heads up in case it was.

Hi, i am well aware that the devs are busy with a ton of things. Was just wondering if this has been followed up, It is 23/05 and I use a flagship samsung and I find it tough to flip the pages easily, the previous app was smooth but this amazing app has this one small issue! would be great to get an update. Thanks dev!

We'll take a look.

Not working for me either :/ All on Apple products
I'm using the same phone and I'm having the same issue.

Got Goblin?
The flipping for character sheets is perfect to switch screens. That's how book pages would like to be at sensitivity wise.
Got Goblin?
I've switched back to the old app for this reason. Moto Stylus g7, os11.
Page turns if I start near one border and drag almost all the way to other bother. Like the threshold is 80% of my screen's width
Same here, seems to only flip from like the 30% of each screen side Galaxy S20+
We've just released an update to the iOS app and the problem should get fixed there.
Android is underway.
