Hi all i will start by english is not my native Language so sorry ☹
I’m playing a dnd 5 game where i play a artificier. We have a lot of gold
And i buy a lot of gunpowder keg to make traps or suicide bomber with
The steel defender. 2 player dosent like that and said that gunpowder dosent stack
I made my trap to activate in the same time the 3 keg so that why i want to ask
I know the dm have the last word but i want a official moderator or game master to have
A look on this because i dosent see other errata about this thanks all 😊 i give them a lot of exemple like if i made a trap to activate 3 crossbow with a string etc
Always nice to have DMs who are looking to punish players instead of just making judging on rules and explaining them to players...
Still, Kotath does have a point - The reason for limits on stacking and stuff are not about "realism" but much more about keeping gameplay "fair" and reasonable. It's important to try to keep all players powers and abilities on somewhat equal levels of else it gets boring for all the underpowered players.
