I am running TOA for some players who have gone through TOH in the past. It has not interfered with their enjoyment in the least. In fact, the anticipation of dangers ahead has probably made it more enjoyable.
I would only be concerned that ToH makes the PC's ultra cautious and paranoid about ToA...ToA isnt made to be DM vs. party the same way as ToH so there is that to consider.

Would playing TOH before TOA affect your enjoyment of TOA? I understand TOA is a campaign, but is the signature dungeon too similar to TOH?
