The attack is clear for me, but i have a question:
If you hit with an attack, lets say with a dagger, do you do dagger damage + hurl trough hell, or you have to choose one or the other ?
It's both. If an attack hits, it does its normal damage unless something says otherwise, regardless of anything else that might be tacked on. If the intent were for Hurl Through Hell to replace the attack's normal effects, it would say that explicitly, but it doesn't.

I don't see "Hurl Through Hell" anywhere in the current PHB. However it does specify that an Attack is an Attack Action that requires roll, to include any Spell that requires an attack roll.
As for whether or not the attack that triggers a spell, would also cause damage? I don't see anything specific in the rules. So if the description doesn't say one way or another, I'd say roll for damage.
When the feature say "an attack" what kind of attack enter on that list? Range, melee, cantrip, spells? or only something that is against AC? or any thing that causes damage on the target? help plis.
Hurl Through Hell
Starting at 14th level, when you hit a creature with an attack, you can use this feature to instantly transport the target through the lower planes. The creature disappears and hurtles through a nightmare landscape.
At the end of your next turn, the target returns to the space it previously occupied, or the nearest unoccupied space. If the target is not a fiend, it takes 10d10 psychic damage as it reels from its horrific experience.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Wow if you are a fiend, you get a 12 second roller coaster ride through work, coffee break. If your not a fiend, welcome to the DMV, at once per long rest( per day haps) and average 55 psychic ( or half on save, fiends are resistant with advantage) it’s a niche feature for a BBEG or a fiendish subclass.

It's the 14th level Fiend Warlock ability.
It might not be the best sub class capstone, but it is probably the coolest.
