Roleplay wise its Spiderman, you also have a homebrew class set up for it that I do not know. And effectivity? It might be OP as this would be movement heavy.

Its a pretty decent build for playing as spider man, but it might be highly unlikely that you will even reach 20th level.
I would probably use this during a one shot but I dont have any coming up. Is it an an effective build?
