I created a Barbarian with a homebrewed subclass, a friend of mine showed me his barbarian which has an option for rage in the bottom part of the Beyond 20 panel from the character sheet. Do you have any idea about why isn't the rage option showing?
Your post s about Beyond20 but for any one else who came here for help with D&D Beyond and adding Rage my video here might help.

I don't know why but I leveled up my character up to lvl 5 and the Rage option is now available.
Probably something with the homebrew subclass, I'd wager.
Also make sure you select the Features & Traits area of your character sheet so it can parse the info.
I made a Level 1 Barbarian and see Rage just fine in Beyond20:
Barbarian: Rage! You are raging, ARRGGHHHHHH
Add Rage damage to melee attacks and add advantage to Strength checks and saving throws
As a side note, the title of your thread is misleading - because it's BEYOND20 you're trying to use.
