Just clarifying here that something that appeared in an official D&D book can't be "UA", things that appeared in 5e books where the book was discontinued/delisted are "legacy" content.
"UA:" just means playtest material, I think the mystique of the name gives some folks the impression that "Unearthed Arcana" is some sort of "Secret Way of the Masters for Playing D&D" and it just ain't. Sure there's some UA that was really popular, or at least go passionate followers (revised ranger) that never made it into print.
Anyway, just setting straight a pet peeve and hoping the OP and subsequent folks figure it out in their homebrew. Really D&D races are probably one of the easiest things to pull off in the homebrew tools, though you'll inevitably do it wrong the first time and find good help on this board in the homebrew section.

Just as the title says, I'd like to ask if the tiefling subrace blood line of Levistus is UA just as the rest of the tiefling subraces?
You mean is it Legacy content? Yes, it is.
Helpful rewriter of Japanese->English translation and delver into software codebases (she/e/they)
How do I add this one (and other tiefling subraces) as homebrew since I can't purchase it officially anymore.
I tried it but it looks rather complicated to me and probably would still make several errors anyway :-s
