I know this is a super edgy title, I am not seeking to cause waves. But I dont check in very often, and I am a super suprised that there hasnt been anything new posted in the announcement section since last year. I came to check for a list of my subscriber perks, but the list in announcements hasnt been kept up to date either. Was the DDB team gutted or something? 

Can anyone gimme a link to a collection of all the recent subscriber perks? IDK if I have them all or not and have been subsribed since the start of last year.

If you go to your account and the marketplace tab, you can see if your entilements are out of sync and press a button there to fix it. If it is in sync, there will not be a button. You can also scroll down and see all the perks tied to your account. 

Lathius is right, but for me I have trouble making sense of what's what since it's not all clearly labeled as perks for a given month.  However, your perks should be announced to you over email, so if you can search your email for "perks" and "D&D Beyond" that should tell you what your looking for in the marketplace list.

As for the lack announcements on forum.  I don't know why they've stopped.  I know the past few months there's been a lot of chaotic controversies regarding D&D, and I could see a community manager being tasked with prioritizing the higher traffic channels.  As I understand it, the forum just isn't as busy as the Discord, and I don't know the community manager needs tend to other social media.

I am not sure about checking recent perks, but you can check all your perks in your account's licenses/entitlements page.
