So I pre-ordered the new Bigsby book from WotC. I thought that linking accounts would just make a WotC account, based off my dndbeyond details but no... seemed like too much of a hassle in the end so I purchased the digital/physical bundle of this book as a guest.
Now the book is out and I still have no dndbeyond digital code for the book, which was meant to be emailed to me when I purchased it. I live overseas so I don't have the physical copies either yet. WotC has no way to contact them about this that I can find. It keeps tell me to login with my WotC account, that I don't have.
I just feel completely ripped off and payed all this money to have nothing after release date.
Does anyone know a way I can contact WotC or some sort of support that can help me get my dndbeyond code for this book?

Edit: I sent a ticket through dndbeyond support on the WotC website, not easy to find but got back to me straight away. I now have my code and can read the book. Anyone else having similar problems go to:
They send you an email with the code within a day (usually within a minute for me) after your purchase. Make sure you check your email, and you might have to look into your spam and trash folders too just to be safe.
Yeah checked all folders in email several times, over the last 2 weeks and still nothing. I thought maybe they wouldn't send it until the book's release date but turns out I could have been reading it straight away after purchase if I had the code.
Contact Customer Support. Sounds like the email wasn't sent properly. Or maybe got set to junk and deleted in the mean time. You can try sending a ticket in here:
Gotta say, not impressed. It wasn't easy and intuitive to find that...and I'm not even sure it's the right place. This is something that annoys me and it's not just D&D/WotC/Hasbro. I wish companies would make contacting them about issues more intuitive and just clearer so you know that you're reaching the right place.

Thanks, yeah I couldn't even find support on dndbeyond either but last night I googled dndbeyond support and found that link, finally put in a ticket and overnight they got back to me confirming my details with a link to get my code.
So I have just entered it and finally have access to my book.
This is definitely the right advise and way to go about it but I'm pretty disappointed with how hard it was to figure it out too. It may have been easier if I had a WotC account but this is my first purchase, living internationally but it felt like I was getting stonewalled with every other attempt. If this didn't work my only other choice looked like making a really long international phone call to WotC, as the only other point of contact I could find.
With all due respect, I did a quick check of going to the D&D Beyond homepage and scrolling to the bottom and found how to submit a ticket in less than a minute. Yes, it would be nice if they had something in the top banner for it, but it's hardly "hidden" either, and the Contact Us link is in a very typical place for it.

Why would you go through DDB for a problem you had for an order you put through on a different poll website? If he'd had an issue with the code not working, sure, but the problem was with the WotC website not generating/sending the email, not with DDB.
DDB may well work, but it's not the website I'd use given that's not the website that is giving problems. There's a very good chance that they'd just bounce you over to WotC anyway, which is what normally happens in this situation.

Pretty sure you need a WotC/D&D Beyond account.

Sorry, didn’t follow the initial chain of events correctly. That’s my bad.
