I was building an NPC for a campaign who wields a Moonblade, and reading through the magic item, I realized how versatile the weapon is. However, I couldn't find a way to add the properties that you roll for into DnD Beyond. Is this something that I will have to just keep track of on paper or is it something that can be added/modified into the magic item somehow, either in the character sheet or elsewhere?
Mostly just going to have to keep track of it on your own. That is one of the handfuls of things that the character builder can't really handle properly.

Some of it you can add to the moonblade by making a homebrew version using the base magic item as a template, then adding whatever you got from the table.
