I was just tinkering with the encounters feature (which I’m never going to use; I’m not a DM) and rolled 3 Natural 20s in a row, before rolling another one after a 1 and a (…13? 10?) I’m pretty sure those are, like 1/8000 odds or something, I just wanted to get that out there.

If you roll 3 d20s as a single event the odds of them all being 20 is indeed 1 in 8000 but we do a lot more rolling than that. Each time you roll a nat 20 the odds of getting 3 in a row is 1 in 400, in a game are you considering all rolls or just rolls by that player? Considering both brings it down to 1 in 200. Having advantage brings it down even more.
The most crazy dice roll I have seen is a dm rolling 48 damage with a level 3 fireball (1 in 1,679,616)

On Roll20 I've had two different players roll four nat 20s in a row during a session. Each instance was a few years apart and in different games.
Well, it is called ‘Roll 20’.
