"As a Bonus Action, you can unleash that magic for 1 minute, during which you gain the following benefits:
- The spell save DC of your Sorcerer spells increases by 1.
- You have Advantage on the attack rolls of Sorcerer spells you cast."
The questions i have are:
- If i use a spell that uses the same modifier that i use for my spell attack roll, then do i get the advantage then? For instance if i used summon dragon/ draconic spirit that uses my spell attack roll to try to hit with its Rend attacks then would the dragon also get advantage? The way i see it is- i cast a sorcerer spell and it's making a spell attack roll (in addition to other things) so the advantage should technically be applied to that roll as well.
- if i was another arcane class like wizard that dipped one level into Sorcerer then can i use innate sorcery for the spells that wizards and sorcerers share? Like fireball?
No to both. The draconic spirit using its attack is not you making an attack with a spell, so no advantage. And the benefits of the feature only apply to your sorcerer spells, which are the spells you've gained through the sorcerer's Spellcasting feature (and anything else that says "this is a sorcerer spell for you" or similar, like the bonus spells from certain subclasses).
This is from my sorcerers character sheet:

Thanks for the clarification!
I suspect the official answer to the "advantage for summons" thing is no as well, but I wouldn't mind a FAQ.
