Anyone that preordered the physical+digital bundle not received the physical book yet? I know some people got refunded but that's not the case for me. I'm not sure if my book just got lost in the mail or if it was never sent? I sent an email to support but haven't heard back yet either.

I am in Canada and in the same boat.  No response from my open tickets.
