As of today I still have not received my Physical copy of the 2024 PHB. I did not get an email saying the order was cancelled and I do not live in the UK. I have opened a ticket weeks ago with no word. This is becoming absurd. I am just looking for some type of update.
If you ordered the physical/digital bundle, you were charged for the digital products immediately but not the physical. The physical products are just now being charged for (just the phb mind you) so that’s why people are seeing charges now. If you’re like me and use PayPal, your order was likely canceled all together for the physical with no actual attempt to charge you. Yeah it’s a pretty big cluster **** right now because they didn’t charge upfront and now the automated charges are getting ****ed up. https://1921681254.mx/
I did not use PayPal, but I have seen several post about it and the UK. I just wish someone from WOTC or D&D Beyond would reply. Super Frustrating to say at the lest.
At this point do I go buy one at the store, and lose the discount.
I pre-ordered all the physical/digital bundles in Canada. Haven’t received the physical PHB yet either. No word from DnDBeyond and no reply to a ticket I entered a month ago. No other email/phone number to contact. I’m not sure how this is any different from stealing.
There used to be an old saying you could tell how good a companies Customer Service is by how easy it is to find their phone number. After weeks of searching I still have not found one.
