I’m having some trouble getting the subclasses from Book of Ebon Tides to show up on D&D Beyond. I’ve got the Master Annual Subscription, bought the book, and made sure my content sync is active, but still—no luck. I even went into character creation, enabled Kobold Press content, and started a new character, but the subclasses still aren’t appearing.
I’ve gone through everything I can think of, and it’s really frustrating that it’s still not working. If anyone has any ideas or knows of a fix, I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks!

Are you building them with the 2014 character classes in mind? They won't layer on the 2024 classes.
Also note that if you've bought the book then a Master Tier Sub is not necessary to use it. You'd want a Master Sub if someone else had bought it and you wanted to use it or if you bought it and someone else wanted to use it...but you don't need it to use your own stuff.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
Beyond ensuring that you're using 2014e classes (3rd party stuff won't work on 2024e classes until they update them...no word on that), try synching your entitlements.
If you want to use them on a 2024e class though, there is one possibility - although I haven't tried it yet. Make a homebrew subclass using the desired subclass as a template. Maybe that will be able to be used as a subclass for a 2024e class? Again, I haven't tried it...but it could work.

Any headway on this? If I've bought 2024e can I not access the BoET classes? I attempted to build characters using only 2014e core and it's still a no-go.

Did you make sure the appropriate toggles for third-party content are on?
Did you scroll down to pick the legacy class, or just turn on the '2014 core' toggle?
Do you own the book, or is it shared with you? If shared, are you making your character in the campaign where it's being shared?
Have you checked your entitlements (user menu->account->licenses)?
