What the hell?! The 2014 version of the Player's Handbook is no longer available on D&D Beyond? I hope this is a bug that is going to be fixed because I paid a lot of good money for digital versions of the old rule books. I will definitely cancel my entire Beyond subscription and seek to sue D&D Beyond if we can no longer access what we previously paid for. I have spent a ton of money on 2014 D&D digital products that I should still have access to. I don't appreciate being forced to purchase a new version when I don't want it. Why not just leave the old versions up so those of us who don't plan to by the 2024 version can continue using them?
Thanks. I was looking for it in the featured sources tab, which is the way I've always found it before, but it's gone from there now. Burying it so that it is difficult to access during a game now is disappointing, though. Hopefully, they will remedy that by creating a separate tab or system that allows subscribers to easily access the old books they do have. It's also annoying that the search feature is completely useless now because it references only the newer books without a way to search the old. But I will say that the search feature was only marginally useful before anyway because it had become so bloated with results from all the books with no way to limit searches to specific books. It would be nice if they also fix the search feature to something that is actually usable.

There's a secret internet technique called "bookmarking" that's very helpful for ensuring you know where to go to access a page.

Remember: This site is dedicated to the most up-to-date rules and versions of everything in D&D 5e. The 2024 rules are just that: The most up-to-date rules. Anything they replace is legacy content.
Even the 2014 PHB being available in the Marketplace is primarily because of a few subclasses not in the 2024 PHB.
I can see the book shown as in my library in the sources, but in the character builder, many of those options are not available. I'm taking a Fighter to 3rd lvl, when I can choose a Martial Archetype, but the only one available to me to select is Champion. I cannot select Battle Master. Similarly, at 1st lvl, the Dueling Fighting Style is not an available option. Why?
Probably because you selected the 2024 Fighter. All the subclasses were updated and so aren't valid for the 2024e Fighter.
If you go back to the class select screen, scroll down, and you'll find the 2014e versions of the Classes. If you select the 2014e Fighter, you should be able to access the 2014e Fighter Martial Archetypes (and Fighting Styles).

Thank you so much. I was able to drop my character back to 1st lvl and reselect the class. All the features then showed up appropriately. Thanks again for the guidance!
