Usually there's an email sent out. It's usually a week long starting quite late, on Black Friday or Thanksgiving.
They're not strict on their schedule though, so it's possible that it might be different this year.

Yea, like Linklite said, it usually doesn't start until closer to Thanksgiving (or on Black Friday), and runs a week.
I know I grabbed a few Digital versions of some books last year, and am wondering if they will be running a bigger sale this year as some of the books are not as useful in the 2024 style.
I am curious of what the sale will include as well :)
If you are looking for Physical copies of some of the books, over the last two years, Amazon's Black Friday Deals were much better than DDB's Deals for Physical copies... just letting you know.
Cheers!

I can't say I like the new interface. Unless I'm missing something, you have to go to each product's page to see the sale price.

Yeah, that list isn't complete. As far as I can tell, the only item on sale at 50% off is Hunt for the Thessalhydra, which is typically discounted more than other items. There are fewer items on sale than in prior sales too.
Wierd that the 2014 ruleset books are not discounted. I wanted to own a copy of the Monster Manual and Dungeon Master guide in this library but they are still full price even though Legacy material..
Common guys, discout these books, and not for some measly 10-20 % That's no black friday discount
That's s class s the first time in a long while that they haven't been discounted - lately they've been by far the most heavily discounted. Maybe they've decided to give them a break so people will go for the new ones instead.

Honestly, pretty much every sale I looked into, when it says "up to [insert number above 25]%", I pretty much never see anything above 25%. The most common stuff pretty much everyone already has has 25%, everything else is more between 5-10% off. That's their practice for years, and without a-la-carte, that practice is even worse.
Not to mention, I don't see any feature anymore to filter out books I already have. Which is just as bad.
Is it my imagination or was the random “it’s Halloween so here’s some discounts on spooky tales” sale last month better than the Black Friday one? The discounts definitely seemed bigger
I was hoping to get a discount on a few (older) books that I don't have yet... none are on sale. Very limited sale items this year.
Very disappointed.
I keep checking in thinking that more items will be on sale for some reason.
I understand that the latest releases might not be... but there are releases that are almost a year old like The Book of Many Things and even older, Fizban's Treasury of Dragons (released back in '21) that have no discount at all.
Waiting for some sort of super sale for black Friday. Do we have any idea if some marketing release will come out to present the deal?

Was looking for information on this as well, anyone know?
Best thing to do is just check the banner here every day.

The sale just launched. Completely underwhelming, like all of the other sales this year. The days of decent sale discounts are gone.

I love how the email and article and banners all say "up to 50% off", but the official list of what's on sale (https://www.dndbeyond.com/posts/1861-epic-adventures-epic-savings-shop-d-d-beyonds) has the highest sale % being 40.

A few extra things have been added for Cyber Monday, including Book of Many Things and Fizban's, if anyone wanted to take a look https://marketplace.dndbeyond.com/Sale_Cybermonday_24
Last year they also had a Cyber Monday discount on subscriptions. Seems like that isn't happening this time around.
