Check your entitlements (user menu->account->licenses)
While you're there, look at your licenses and order history. If it's in one but not the other, you're going to need to contact support to get it fixed. (Be warned: they are extremely slow.)
Did you just buy it in the app, and are trying to use it on the web site? There's often a day ro so delay to sync the two.
