You can look into the usage of gendered words yourself, and why and how 'Mistress' (Maistre + ess, so just the feminine form of 'Master) is still used, both negatively and positively, and the usage of '-ess' in general and how removing it is generally a positive thing, to avoid making 'Male the default, but female the other'. Such a discussion is a bit beyond D&D discussions though and off topic.
Dungeon Master is not gendered in the same way, as users have pointed out. You can be a 'Master of X' regardless of gender. But discuss among your own table- if someone would prefer to be called Dungeon Mistress, or any other title instead, then you can use that.
