I’m kind of in the same boat, curious, but not totally sold yet. The subclasses sound fun, and the Circle magic could shake things up, but I’d also rather wait for real player feedback before spending that much. If reviews are strong and the lore feels fresh, I might jump in later.
The circle magic has been around since the 1e high elven magic so while it’s been recodified some it’s not actually new. Still reading thru the book but so far it’s decent at worst and pretty good at best. There are things m not happy about but no deal breakers (yet).
To be honest.. adding more classes/sublcass and "options" to characters really doesn't amount to a whole lot anymore in my gaming groups. We want new stories, new settings, new approaches to the concept of adventure.
Re-hashing Forgotten Realms again, adding a bunch of character options that one-up the existing ones.. nah.. it's a hard pass.

I'd love to see them give Eberron the same treatment they did for Forgotten Realms, like Tyranny of Dragons, Princes of the Apocalypse, Rime of the Frostmaiden etc. Some real campaign arcs set somewhere new. Officially there's only about 5 adventures, from 3rd and 4th edition, and one starter in the ERFTLW
I like to have new materials for the Dalelands. Hope there will be an official Adventure Book coming for this region + Myth Drannor. What I don't like is the new lore of Calimshan (Robotic Machines) and Cormyr (Purple Dragon Knights connex to Amethyst Dragons). Missed also a more in-depth lore to demihuman races. Now they are treated more like humans with long ears or long beards or fangs. There are no more orcs. These brutal, fierce folk of Gruumsh from the past.
I got both FR hardcovers this week. The player facing is a solid book - if you are playing in a FR campaign ( or running one). If you’re not it is still decent but not as useful. The subclasses, feats, backgrounds etc are solid but are tailored for FR campaigns not plug and play into ant campaign ( you can but …) about half the book is info on the various regions of FR - stuff a P.C. should know about their region and nearby? Regions. The DM facing book is, as expected, mostly useful for DMs of the FRs. It has detailed updated info on the Dales - finally. Given that the heartlands including the dales hadn’t really been updated since early 4e this is great - but it could have used more on Cormyr and Sembia. It basically focuses on 5 regions - the dalelands, Calimshan, Icewinddale, the Moonshae’s and Baldur’s Gate. Each region as a set of adventures roughed out and there are several somewhat more detailed adventures that can be included in any region as parts of your arcs. All of these cal for some work by the DM before they are ready for prime time play but the bones are there. Plenty of new magic items, monsters and villains as well.

I do love playing as a Warlock.
Had great fun with the class in Curse of Stahd (Aasimar Celestial Tome Pact) and Ghosts of Saltmarsh (Githzerai Dao Genie Chain Warlock)
Warlock has a lot of low-hanging fruit for RP. Why on earth would I agree to this? Oh that's right I was drowning. Right.

As someone who loves Eberron and is planning an Eberron campaign I totally agree, it’s well past time we had a proper official campaign in the setting
