The only way I've found to do a table is HTML. Do you see the </> symbol by Paragraph? Click that and it'll open up the HTML source of the text. You can type in HTML in that then click Ok to insert HTML Code. Now I'll show you an example of HTML code in action:
Roll (d6)
Result
1-6
You got a Result on a d6.
This looks worse in the forums than it does in homebrew items. So what did I do here? I inserted the following code:
<table> <tr> <th>Roll (d6)</th> <th>Result</th></tr> <tr><td>1-6</td> <td>You got a Result on a d6.</td> </tr> </table>
HTML uses a tag system where you start with a <tag> and ends with a </tag>.
The <table> tag begins the table and </table> ends it.
The <tr> tag begins a table row and </tr> ends it.
The <th> tag begins a table header cell and </th> ends it.
The <td> tag begins a normal table cell and </td> ends it.
Hi im new to making hombrew items and I want to add a roll table for my new item but i can't get a table.

You can also just litteraly copy and paste tables out of other items/etc. That is what I do...
