I need help, I have as a bonus action for one of my homebrew subclasses I made for a player that he gets a +2 to Dex for 10 Rounds I have the limited use data and it shows up how many times he can use it on the character sheet. The only problem is that every time I go to test out if it will add the +2 to Dex his Dex stays the same Modifier. I added the Modifier of the action to give a fixed bonus of +2 to Dex and all that am I doing something wrong?

Temporary effects aren't a feature yet. For now you will just have to put the effect in the description. In use the player can work around it by making an item with the modifiers and toggling it on and off that way.
First off freaking thank you!!! Second is there a way to make the Temp HP be automatic even on the the item or do I always have to manually put that on even after activating the item?
Temp HP always has to be put in manually. I'm not sure this will ever be fixed because of variables and choices (if you already have temp HP, they don't stack, you choose which value to use).

Update, I figured out it is giving a +2 to Dex but that is all the time how do I make the Action give a +2 to Dex only when he activates this ability
