Try placing elements that can switch up the battlefield that someone with fast hands might be able to take advantage of. Levers to pull, chandelier ropes to cut, maybe walls to climb, basically give the rogue reasons to act creatively in combat and manipulate the battlefield in a way that grants tactical advantages in ways only a good skill monkey can.
