Under ACTIONS | OTHER there are a number of special actions that come from her Tool Proficiencies (copied below):
Cheat (Special)
When playing with a gaming set you're proficient in, you can add your proficiency bonus with that set to a Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) check.
Create Disguise (Special)
As part of a long rest, you can create a disguise. It takes you 1 minute to don such a disguise once you have created it. You can carry only one such disguise on you at a time without drawing undue attention, unless you have a bag of holding or a similar method to keep them hidden. Each disguise weighs 1 pound.
At other times, it takes 10 minutes to craft a disguise that involves moderate changes to your appearance, and 30 minutes for one that requires more extensive changes.
Set a Trap (Special)
As part of a short rest, you can create a trap using items you have on hand. The total of your check becomes the DC for someone else’s attempt to discover or disable the trap. The trap deals damage appropriate to the materials used in crafting it (such as poison or a weapon) or damage equal to half the total of your check, whichever the DM deems appropriate.
Also, if you look at FEATURES & TRAITS and go to FEATS, you'll notice those tool proficiencies listed there as well. Additionally, if you click on any of them, the sidebar pops up with some great information!!
For the life of me, I cannot figure out how they got that information to populate there. I've been trying to search the forums and internet and have had no luck so far. Any ideas?
Well if you look at the Feats section of that character you'll see that Squat Nimbleness and Mobile have their source books listed after their name - but the Tool Proficiencies don't. This means they are homebrew and because they don't show up in the public homebrew section - they're privately made homebrew.
If you want something like it you'll have to make it yourself.

Ah, gotcha! It's a custom Feat. I've been working on it all morning, and I finally got them to match. Thanks for the tip!

I found this D&D Beyond character sheet on the internet for a customized version of an NPC in HotDQ.
