The text of the Nature's Veil feature for rangers in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything reads, "As a bonus action, you can magically become invisible, along with any equipment you are wearing or carrying, until the start of your next turn." That's it. Nothing about requiring concentration or ending early if you make an attack or cast a spell. Is it really that simple?

Frankly, my dear, I'd rather be listening to Rehn Stillnight.
It doesn't last long enough for you to do too many shenanigans, so it's simple, without concentration or ending early. Its main use is to attack stealthy, so it makes sense it doesn't end after you attack, and rangers have enough concentration spells.
Take a couple of levels in Assassin Rogue if you want to crit every time you surprise someone in combat.
I took a level in rogue when we lost our arcane trickster, but I don't want to end up nerfing my ranger features and spells. Between sharpshooter, dread ambusher and favoured foe I'll be doing OK for damage.

Good to know. Ideal for ambush attacks, especially as I'll be taking the Elven Accuracy feat at 12th level.

With all of those features, an Assassin dip would be a bad idea for the most part, my bad for not putting everything into play.
