I am new to this, but was hoping to make some of the more established NPCs for my game on DnDBeyond, is there any way for me to have more than 6 characters?
That is part of what the monthly subscription does. The lowest tier has unlimited characters. The higher level has unlimited characters and a really generous ability to share access to the products you own.
