Hello. I am a new DM and I haven't made a campaign yet but I want people to put their ideas for the theme, title, what will happen and the boss fight. I might do some parts myself, but if your idea is chosen then you have a 100% chance of joining the campaign when I created it.
Time/time zone will be: Saturday 7:30-8:30 and the time zone is AEST time.
We will chat here on DnD beyond (so don't bother sending your discord)
I am open to any ideas or suggestions, and even if yours doesn't get picked then I will probably do the idea campaign thing again so, next time tell me your username and idea from this campaign and I will let you join.
I have many ideas for things, not a whole story mind you but small things here and there that I think you would enjoy. If you want to chat about my ideas and such feel free to add me on Discord: NFGRyujin#0906
The players find themselves in the small town of Easthaven, a remote settlement on the outskirts of civilization. They hear rumors of a lost city known as Eldrid, said to be filled with treasure and ancient artifacts. However, the city's location is unknown, and its existence remains a mystery. As fate would have it, the players are approached by a wealthy merchant who believes he has discovered the location of Eldrid. He offers to pay them a substantial sum of gold to accompany him on an expedition to find the lost city.
Act 1: The Journey Begins
The players set out on a perilous journey through treacherous mountains, dense forests, and dangerous swamps. Along the way, they face various challenges, such as bandit attacks, dangerous creatures, and natural hazards. They also meet several interesting characters, including a friendly ranger who provides them with valuable information about the region and a mysterious druid who warns them of an ancient curse that protects Eldrid.
Act 2: The Lost City
After several weeks of travel, the players finally reach the location of Eldrid, but they soon discover that the city is not abandoned. Instead, it is occupied by a powerful necromancer who seeks to harness the power of the city's ancient magic. The players must navigate the city's ruins, avoid traps, and battle the necromancer's minions to reach the heart of Eldrid and stop the necromancer from unleashing its power.
Act 3: The Final Showdown
The players finally confront the necromancer in a final battle to decide the fate of Eldrid. The necromancer has powerful spells and minions, but the players have the advantage of surprise and knowledge of the city's ruins. The battle is intense, and the players must use all their skills and abilities to emerge victorious.
Aftermath:
If the players succeed, they can claim the treasure of Eldrid and return to Easthaven as heroes. If they fail, they may find themselves trapped in the lost city, facing an uncertain fate. Depending on how the players handle the situation, they could earn new allies, enemies, and even magical artifacts that have the potential to change the course of their future adventures.
thanks, that was the fastest quick summary i could give. Also might recommend a tricky mimic idea. ill PM it to you cause i dont want any potential players to know of it in case you choose to use it.
You’re a group of heroes who were defeated by bbeg and turned from great heroes into your teenage selves. Now you’re on a quest to reclaim your greatness while the rest of the world doesn’t believe that you, as teenagers, are the great heroes of legend that they all knew and loved.
